Return & Exchange

At Volture Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with quick and hassle-free returns and exchanges.

📦 1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and manuals included

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Personal electronic accessories (such as earphones) that have been opened for hygiene reasons

🔄 2. Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost once the return has been approved.

For color or model changes (non-defective items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

💰 3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 4. Return Shipping

To initiate a return:

  1. Email admin@volturslab.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely to avoid damage during shipping.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

⚙️ 5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary).

  • Then contact us at admin@volturslab.co.uk, and we’ll assist you right away.

🧾 6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order will follow the return process described above.
